Customer Services Assistant, (French Speaking)

Location: Swansea, Hybrid

Salary: £25,000pa

Our client, one of the largest training providers globally, is looking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Services Assistant to be the First Point of Contact for all customer inquiries coming from Europe.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for resolving customer service issues and providing advice, guidance, and support to both sales teams and clients across Europe.
  • Build rapport by interacting with customers, delegates via email and telephone, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner via email or telephone.
  • Logging, updating, and creating tasks through the ticketing system as and when required.
  • Process payments over the telephone with customers.
  • Check invoices on behalf of billing and providing customer updates as required.
  • Liaise with customers regarding all queries pertaining to events, registration, and payments.
  • Occasional travel to London Events to assist the Event Managers and help with delegate registrations.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Applicants must be native speakers of a European Language, French would be preferred and must speak and write in English.
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Services role.
  • Excellent IT skills.

Note: This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office, 2 remotely.
