Service Delivery Project Manager (Hybrid)

Working for this global, Cyber Security Training provider, you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Programmes in the design, delivery, and evaluation of their Cyber Security Programmes, delivering and executing projects across the EMEA & APAC regions, including adult and youth educational, reskilling and development programmes.

Main duties and responsibilities as Service Delivery Project Manager

• Provide project support to all programmes, to include, Cyber Academies, Foundations and CyberStart
• Develop, implement, and proactively manage, clear, effective project plans in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
• Coordinate the successful setup and running of relevant programmes and pilots, including licensing, courses, collateral, webcasts, partners, communications, and internal/external stakeholder
• Organise all project-related paperwork
• Build and/or maintain an appropriate information system, with conversion control, for the relevant program
• Support the implementation of a new project
• Track all programme spending associated with your activity
• Ensure tasks being undertaken are in line with programme goal
• Ensure that any risks identified are reported correctly
• Ensure any lessons learned are logged and reported correctly
• Provide regular reporting to your line manager at agreed intervals

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2/3 years experience working on projects in a similar role
• Must be hands-on, very organised with project management and client-facing experience
• Candidates must be able to travel to events across UK & Europe as and when required and be front-facing with the customers/students
• Candidates must be able to present and communicate with a range of stakeholders confidently
• Project-related qualifications such as PRINCE 2 or Agile is preferred
